When you book with Tripsomaker, our Travel Experts ensure you receive the best available price for your trip.
To reinforce this commitment, we offer our Price Match Policy. If you find a lower all-inclusive price for the same itinerary on a major online travel agency (OTA) within 24 hours of booking, we will match the price and refund the difference.

What does “same itinerary” mean?

The “same itinerary” means that all booking details must exactly match our quoted itinerary, including:

• Airline carrier
• Flight number(s)
• Travel dates
• Number of passengers
• Cabin/seat type

Any variation in these details will make the booking ineligible for the Price Match Policy.

Why must the itinerary be “offered and available”?

The lower-priced itinerary must be live, publicly available, and bookable on the competitor’s website at the time our Travel Expert verifies it. If the fare is no longer available or cannot be confirmed, the claim may be declined.

How can I request a Price Match?

To request a Price Match, please contact us within 24 hours of booking:

When contacting us, please provide:

• Your Tripsomaker booking reference number
• Complete details of the lower-priced itinerary
• A URL and/or screenshot clearly showing the lower price

Our Travel Experts must be able to independently verify the lower fare. Tripsomaker reserves the right to deny any claim that cannot be verified. Once verified, you may choose to retain your booking with a refund of the price difference.

Are there any exceptions to the Price Match Policy?

Yes. The Price Match Policy does not apply to fares obtained through:

• Membership or loyalty programs
• Corporate, group, or charter fares
• Consolidated or bulk fares
• Reward points, incentives, meetings, or convention fares
• Coupon-based or promotional offers not available to the general public

Exclusions include:

Military, student, government, tour operator, vacation packages, bulk fares, and pricing errors.
